Course Summary
The ultimate goal of the program I am offering you is to help you improve your communication skills in English so you will be able to improve your job performance and secure future career opportunities.
The program has 3 pillars:
In pillar 1, we will cover business culture, some specific pharmaceutical industry vocabulary and some business vocabulary. At the end of this pillar, you will not only understand the culture in the English-speaking business world but master the vocabulary that allows you to use business idioms, expressions, and phrases to better express yourself.
In pillar 2, we will work on your English communication clarity and skills to conduct one-on-one and group meetings in English. At the end of this pillar, you will significantly improve your English communication clarity so your colleagues and clients can understand you clearly and have confidence while attending meetings in English both in person and virtually.
In pillar 3, we will work on developing presentation skills, practice your business English writing. So, you will know how to effectively deliver your presentation in English and write professional emails that leave a great impression.

If you've ever felt frustrated or stuck with your English communication skills, especially within the pharmaceutical industry, you're not alone – and I'm here to help.
A brief glimpse into my journey: I’ve dedicated 23 years to teaching English. In the recent seven of those years, my focus shifted to honing the communication skills of adults.
While I was deeply passionate about my job and had the pleasure of working with numerous brilliant students, there came a moment when I realized something vital. I wasn’t able to fully cater to the unique needs of every student, particularly when it came to the specialized language of their respective industries.
That's when I made a pivotal decision: to concentrate on a specific industry. My curiosity always gravitated towards medicine, so it felt natural to delve into the pharmaceutical sector.
The journey was intense. I dedicated countless hours to understanding the intricacies of the industry – reading myriad articles, diving deep into books, attending specialized courses, and engaging with numerous professionals in the pharmaceutical world.
Now, I'm in a place where I truly believe I can make a difference. I have tailored my teaching approach to suit the needs of those in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that every lesson is relevant, impactful, and transformative.
